Amanda Turner, President

Amanda holds the highest executive position in the company, starting the business with her husband, Brent, in May 2002. As a female business owner, the company qualifies as a Historically Utilized Business (HUB) since 2015.
Amanda oversees keeping the entire team in check and is responsible for the day-to-day business of B&A. She takes an active role by handling all accounts payables & receivables as well as managing the company’s finances. Amanda has a banking background where she worked for Enloe State Bank for almost 10 years.

Brent Turner, Vice President

Brent created the company with his wife, Amanda, in 2002. He started working in the concrete industry in 1994. He spent 8 years working for a commercial and residential concrete company before starting B&A in May 2002.
For the past 20 years Brent has been hands on, actively working in the company in the capacity of the operations manager, bidder/estimator, superintendent, and all aspects of employee management. Brent’s time and experience in the industry has provided him the ability to think strategically, provide honest and loyal insight related to future growth, and business plans. He stays on top of industry trends, current developments, and construction improvements.
Brent is a team builder, growing the company from just his wife and himself, to a company of 13 and counting today. He has built relationships with and maintains a network of subcontractors that are of great value to the company.

Tim Degelia, Operational Manager

Tim joined the B&A team in May 2021. He serves the company as our Operations Manager. He performs a variety of duties such as improving organizational processes, improving quality of work, increasing productivity, and working efficiently. In addition to these operational duties, Tim also does estimating, procurement, auditing, and manages all equipment and tools. He also communicates with our customers and keeps them updated on project status.
In way of experience, Tim brings 28 years of corporate management to the company. He worked as an Area Manager for Ben E. Keith Company for 21 years, and most recently worked at L3Harris for 7 years as a Distribution Manager in their hangar and flight line support division.

Misti Hayes, Controller

Misti joined our team in February 2022 and serves the company as the Controller. She manages and
performs a wide variety of duties which include Payroll, Invoicing, Contracts/Subcontracts, as well as
maintaining the company Profit/Loss data. She is responsible for all employee record keeping,
electronic and physical file management.
Misti actively supports our projects by researching and assembling product submittals required by our
customers, as well as managing payment schedules and other demands required by contract. She works
closely with Amanda, assists Tim with day-to-day responsibilities and CW with project details. Misti alone
is our office team!
Misti brings close to 25 years of accounting and office management experience to B&A. She most
recently worked for Goss Chiropractic & Wellness in Greenville, Texas for eight years.

CW Morris, Superintendent

CW joined the B&A team in October 2020. He is our Superintendent who collaborates with our Project Manager and the customer on budgets and timelines. He also manages and reinforces construction schedules established by the Project Manager, as well as coordinate equipment and material delivery. CW is responsible for managing our subcontractors/ labor force, making team and subcontractor schedule changes as needed to meet the customer’s deadlines. He also maintains daily logs for each jobsite, reporting to management as needed.
CW brings 15 years of experience to the company, spending 8 years with a commercial and residential concrete company, followed by 7 years with a commercial general contracting company as a superintendent.
